REVISION POLICY
The number of revisions you receive depends on the package you select. We offer unlimited revisions within the same concept as long as your feedback remains clear and consistent. Revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
Fair Usage Policy:
While we offer unlimited revisions, we define "unlimited" as a maximum of 30 revisions per project. Additional revisions exceeding this limit may include additional charges.
Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee:
Our refund policy is designed to be fair for both clients and Xetrocube. The following terms apply unless Xetrocube cancels or terminates your contract due to a breach of the agreement.
General Refund Policy:
- Cancellation: You are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% processing fee) if you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. This excludes situations where initial content has been delivered or revisions have been requested. Refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted after 24 hours.
- Pre-delivery Refund:A full refund (less a 10% service & processing fee) is available if you request it before receiving your initial content.
- Post-delivery Refund:
- You are eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee) if you request a refund within 48 hours of receiving your initial content.
- You are eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee) if you request a refund between 48 and 120 hours of receiving your initial content.
- No refunds are available after 120 hours of receiving your initial content. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and encourage you to contact us with any concerns.
- Order Inactivity:No refunds will be issued for orders that have been inactive for 30 days after placement. If you wish to reactivate an inactive order, a fee may be applied depending on the project.
- Final Deliverables:No refunds are available after final files have been delivered.
- Custom PackagesRefunds for custom packages follow the same guidelines as single packages. For example, if you order a logo and website design package and approve the logo design, you can still request a refund for the website design service only at the time of initial content delivery.
- Refund Reasons:: All refund requests must be accompanied by a valid reason that aligns with the original content brief and your revision history. Refunds will not be issued for concepts that do not meet your brief; however, we will continue to provide revisions until you are satisfied.
- Good Faith:Our money-back guarantee is based on good faith. If we discover that you have placed content orders with multiple agencies for the same project with the intention of receiving a refund, we reserve the right to decline your refund request.
- Customer Feedback:All content creation requires customer feedback throughout the process to ensure your desired results. Your active participation is crucial.
- Unique Content: We guarantee 100% unique content. In the unlikely event that your final content is found to be substantially similar to another existing concept, we will offer a redraw. Any resemblance to existing concepts is considered coincidental and Xetrocube will not accept responsibility or compensation. It is your responsibility to copyright your artwork.
Specific Service Refund Policies:
- Logo Design:No refunds are available after the final logo design has been approved.
- Website Design & Development: No refunds are available after website development is complete or the website is launched live.
- Mobile Application Development: No refunds are available after the storyboard design is finalized.
- Branding Services:Refund policies for branding services will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific services included in your package.
- Digital Marketing Services: Refund policies for digital marketing services will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific services included in your package.
How to claim your refund
To ensure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements.
- Claim your refund specifying your concern by contacting us via any of the following two modes:

We will try to resolve your concern with our revision policy immediately or else will email you a refund request approval from our refund department. After the refund, your content rights would be obtained by Xetrocube and you would not be able to display any version of the content sent by the company. Let us also specify that:
- Since the content rights would now be transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
- Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies Xetrocube would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded contents that would restrict the re-use of the contents as original contents in the future.
